Shipping and Tracking
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs may vary based on product. A flat fee of $5+ is charged for domestic shipments, fees varying by destination.
How can I track my order status?
To track your order, visit our my account page on Freshblanks.com, after signing in, you’ll be able to review your order status. If you chose to checkout as a guest, you may contact us at contact@freshblanks.com to receive your current status. Domestic U.S. orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.
My order was lost/stolen, what should I do?
Fresh Blanks (freshblanks.com) is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, if the address provided at checkout matches the address where the order was shipped and delivered to. We are not liable for the package after successful delivery. Misplaced packages are non-refundable. If you have further questions or an issue pertaining to a stolen delivery, please contact contact@freshblanks.com for assistance with your order number in the subject line.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If the purchase has been finalized, the selected shipping method and address cannot be changed.

When will my order be shipped?

You will receive one or more emails containing your tracking number once your package(s) have been shipped.
Standard Shipping Within 3-5 Business Days
Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days following the
order confirmation. Additional business days may be required for
delivery during peak selling periods.
Shipping Availability
Delivery is available in the US only. We also ship to US Territories,
Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, however, additional time
required for delivery. Orders may be subject to delivery restrictions
based on the item type, weight and size. P.O. box delivery is available.
Express Shipping Within 2-3 Business Days
Your order will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days following the
order confirmation. Additional business days may be required for
delivery during peak selling periods.
Next Day Shipping Within 1-2 Business Days
Shipping within 1-2 business days for orders placed before 2 pm PST
Orders placed by 2 pm PST Monday to Thursday will arrive the next
business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2 pm ET on Thursday
will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 2 pm PST on Friday or
anytime on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday at the
latest.
What is your return policy?
You have 14-days from receiving your order from our online shop to request a return.
Please note: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in sellable
condition to be eligible for a refund. Item/s returned to us that do not
meet the above criteria will be A) not eligible for a refund and B)
returned back to you. Returns made outside of the 14-day return window
will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
